Copying materials, programs, and trajectories

Last update: 31.10.2024

Copying is a frequently used option if you need to create something from a template or change a couple of elements. The cloned materials after the copying process are not linked to their sources and the changes made to the clones will not be displayed on the sources.

In the learning section, we can copy materials, programs, and trajectories.

Copying materials

In the materials section, select the materials necessary for copying with checkboxes > Actions > Copy - at the end of the process, materials with the hidden status appear at the top of the list, with the word "copy" in the name. Then you can edit them, change their status to active and add them to programs.

Copying training programs

In the training section, select the checkboxes necessary to copy the program > Actions > Copy > If there are several "training" sections in the company, then you need to choose which section we will place a copy in > indicate whether we copy access, if not, then leave the check boxes empty - at the end of the program process, the hidden status appears at the top of the list, with the word "copy" in the name.
Then you can edit them, grant access and change the status to active to open the program to users.

Copying learning tracks

In the training section, select the checkboxes necessary for copying the trajectory > Actions > Copy > If there are several "training" sections in the company, then you need to choose which section we will place a copy in > specify whether we copy access, if not, then leave the check boxes empty - at the end of the process, the trajectories in the hidden status appear at the top of the list, with the word "copy" in the name.
Then you can edit them, set access and change the status to active to open the trajectories to users.
