Instructions for those who need to redeem the goods for them by Shopogolic
If a store doesn’t accept your payment method, Shopogolic can purchase the item for you. However, if you can buy the item yourself and only need a local delivery address, follow this instruction here.
Important:
Before placing a purchase order, make sure the item can be imported into the country you plan to send it to. Our warehouses do not buy items that may face customs duties.
How to Place a Purchase Order:
- Select the item you want to buy from the online store, including the colour, size, and quantity.
- In your Shopogolic account, choose "Create Purchase Order".
- Select the warehouse you want the item delivered to. Give your order a name (only you can see this). Fill in the product details such as the link, quantity, and colour. In the SKU field, enter the product code from the store’s product page. If there is no SKU, enter "0000". Include any local delivery charges to the warehouse if applicable. You can also add more products if needed. Once done, click "Make an order".
- After placing the purchase order, it will appear in your cart. To proceed, go to your cart and pay for the purchase. You will see the total cost of your purchase order including the service fee. At the payment stage, you can also view an invoice with the breakdown of services, which is always available in the "Billing" section of your account.
- Choose a payment method and complete your payment.
- Once paid, the status of your order will change to "Paid". The warehouse will receive a notification and proceed with purchasing the item within 24-72 business hours.
- When the item is purchased, the status will change to "Completed", meaning the purchase is successful, and the warehouse is waiting for delivery. Delivery times depend on the seller, and it may take longer if you’re buying from private sellers or auctions.
- Once the item arrives at the warehouse, it will be marked as "Received". The warehouse will add photos to verify the correct item was purchased. If the item is incorrect, contact customer support.
- When you have received all your orders, whether purchased by us or by yourself, you can create a parcel for shipping. The parcel can include multiple orders that are physically at the warehouse, and you can combine orders into one shipment.
To Create a Parcel for Shipping:
Go to your personal account and select "Create Parcel". Tick the orders you want to include in the parcel. Depending on the delivery method, the maximum weight of a parcel may vary, but it is usually up to 30 kg. Be sure to leave 500-600 grams for the box and packing materials.
You can also add extra services to reduce shipping costs or leave a comment for the warehouse.
Once the parcel is ready, the warehouse will pack it within 24-48 business hours. You will receive an invoice detailing the services and costs.
How to Fill Out a Customs Declaration:
- List each item separately (do not combine items into one line).
- Complete the declaration in English.
- Provide detailed descriptions (e.g., "women’s light raincoat" instead of "jacket").
- State the value of each item and review the customs limits for your destination country.
- The warehouse may adjust the declaration to meet courier company requirements.
It’s the client’s responsibility to ensure compliance with customs regulations. You agree to our terms and conditions upon registration and each time you use Shopogolic’s services.
Tracking Your Parcel:
After payment, a tracking number will be assigned to your parcel. It may take a few hours or days for the tracking to activate once the parcel enters the courier network. You can track it through Shopogolic or any tracking app.
