A parcel is several of your orders from one warehouse, combined into one box that will be delivered to the address you specify.
When all your orders are at the warehouse and you are ready to send them to your home or client’s address, it’s time to create a parcel.
Go to your personal account and select "Create Parcel." Tick the orders you want to include in the parcel. Depending on the delivery method, the maximum weight of a parcel may vary, but it is usually up to 30 kg. Be sure to leave 500-600 grams for the box and packing materials.
You can also add extra services to reduce shipping costs or leave a comment for the warehouse.
The warehouse has received your request. The warehouse will pack the parcel within 24-48 business hours. Sometimes, even in the largest box, not all selected orders may fit, and some may be left at the warehouse. If you have a priority for certain orders, indicate this in the warehouse comments. Once the parcel is created, you will receive an invoice with a detailed breakdown of services and costs.
Invoices can sometimes be higher due to volumetric weight. Volumetric weight is a calculation used by courier companies to determine the cost of shipping large packages. Parcels are charged based on the higher of the actual or volumetric weight. You can check the delivery cost using our calculator: https://shopogolic.net/en/delivery. To reduce volumetric weight, consider using the "Parcel Cleaning" service to remove extra packaging and invoices.
If your parcel is in "New" or "In Packing" status, you need to wait for the warehouse to pack and prepare it for shipment. This usually takes 24-48 hours on business days, though it may take longer during busy periods.
Once your parcel is ready, you will receive an email with the invoice. If you have email notifications turned off, check your personal account for the detailed breakdown of services and costs.
This status means your parcel is on hold for some reason, such as prohibited items or damaged packaging. Contact our support team to clarify the issue.
- List each item separately, do not combine different items into one line.
- Declarations must be completed in English.
- Provide detailed descriptions (e.g., yes: women’s light raincoat, no: jacket).
- State the value of each item, and review the customs limits for the destination country.
- The warehouse may modify your declaration to meet courier company requirements.
Understanding customs regulations is the responsibility of the client. This information is outlined in our terms and conditions. All clients agree to these terms during registration and when using Shopogolic’s services.
Check international restrictions before shipping: https://shopogolic.net/en/prohibitions-and-restrictions. Customers shipping to Russia should review the additional restrictions here: https://shopogolic.net/en/russia-sanctions-regulations and https://shopogolic.net/en/prohibited-goods-usa-russia.
You can return the item to the store if the store allows returns.
1. Contact the store for a return label and send it to us through the website chat.
2. Create a parcel from your order, select any courier, and enter the return address provided on the label.
3. In the parcel comments, mention "Return parcel, label sent by the seller." The warehouse won’t process the return without this comment.
Return of the orders is a paid service.
If the store doesn’t accept returns, we can dispose of your item.
Shipping days vary by courier company and country. Parcels are sent in order and based on space availability. If a week has passed since payment, and the parcel hasn’t been shipped, contact support with your parcel number or tracking number.
After payment, a tracking number will be assigned to your parcel. The tracking number may take several hours or days to activate once the parcel enters the courier’s network. You can track it on Shopogolic or any other tracking app.
